At My Favorite Slippers, we truly take pride in our products and want you to love your purchase! Each item is carefully checked before shipping. Because of this, we’re only able to accept returns or issue refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Please note that we can’t offer returns or refunds for things like choosing the wrong size, color, or style, or for changes of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
